Her outstanding portfolio includes multimilliondollar projects covering educational institutions, churches, and restaurants, amongst others.Sonja received national acclaim when she was consulted and subsequently featured on TV One’s“Divine Restoration” program for the restoration of two prominent and historical Atlantachurches: Butler Street CME Church and First Congregational United Church. Locally, she wasinterviewed on Atlanta’s Fox 5 (WAGA) as chairperson of the Special Events DesignerShowcase. LeAmber Yisrael is a seasoned project management professional with expertise in real estate development, architectural design, and construction. She effectively manages large-scale commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and transportation projects, she excels at optimizing organizational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving projects to completion on time and within budget.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Green Associate, LeAmber brings a strategic approach to project execution, leveraging her knowledge of sustainable design and performance improvement methodologies. Her ability to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risk, and foster collaboration across teams has made her a trusted leader in the industry. Prior to joining SSDCF, LeAmber gained corporate experience with Niceppin Development
Group, where she oversaw commercial real estate projects, managed stakeholder relationships,
and ensured compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements. She also has experience leading the design and development of new restaurant prototypes, conversions, and remodels. Her efforts in sourcing vendors and optimizing design strategies resulted in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.

LeAmber has honed her expertise in architectural design, structural planning, and construction

LeAmber holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta and
